The side yard has plenty of space for the kids to play while you observe from your barefoot-friendly vinyl deck. The kitchen is large, open, and has premium everything: granite countertops with a large middle island, two bars with stools, stainless steel appliances, gas range, plus a full pantry. You'll find the kitchen has everything you need to make an elaborate meal with ease. Pick up some fresh seafood and cook in this open concept kitchen while you chat with your friends or family. Even cooking is relaxing in this house! Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room and living room.
